Diversifying Economic Quality (Div.E.Q.) promotes inclusive, innovative, and evidence-based teaching practices in economics. Here, economics departments and faculty can discover data, analyses, and prescriptions for increasing diversity and inclusion in our field. The resource also aims to encourage thoughtful reflection on why inclusion and diversity are important to the future of economic theory and policy making and on how the choices of instructors and gatekeepers affect student participation and achievement.
